Wabtec and Greenbrier provide a complete system solution for AAR Billing and AAR Billing Management Services. The system will enable all aspects of the "Back Office" of AAR Car Repair Billing: including the billing of repairs to the responsible parties, and the auditing of car repair bill for work performed to railcars while in interchange on foreign roads.

The Partnership is a combination of two very strong rail industry companies. Wabtec Global Services, through acquisition and new technology development, has provided leading software solutions to the rail industry for 14 years. Greenbrier has been a leader in fleet management services and innovative service partnerships. Powered by Wabtec, and managed by Greenbrier Services, The Partnership is a very unique opportunity to achieve maximum benefit in integrating mechanical and accounting functions to lower costs and increase utilization of its assets.

The Partnership will host the system over the Internet, and facilitate the communications and integration between the railroads and the outsourced back office. Our unique ability to link and integrate mechanical field operations and railroad suppliers with the back office, provides superior benefits. The enhanced integration of mechanical operations with the back office, will allow the railroad's to realize continuous improvement and lead the industry towards new innovations for its own benefit.

Outsourcing Services:

Processing, management, and billing of on-line repairs.

Processing and complete audit of invoices from railroads and contract shops.

Processing and handling of exception letters and Counter Billing Authorities from and to
foreign roads.

Monthly reporting of amounts payable and receivables.

Processing of Defect Cards from field personnel and other railroads. Forward copies
to Mechanical

Department for their use when appropriate.

Database management for customer and patron records.

Maintain copies of information about leased cars. Handle to insure billing to correct party.
