Training the end user is the key to a successful implementation of any new application. Wabtec ensures the success of your project by providing hands-on end-user instruction for all of our client applications. Classes are conducted on-site or at our own facilities. Wabtec Transportation Technologies provides training to the Car Man, Inspector, Billing Supervisor, Foreman, and Planner.

Training covers:

Client Application; including system configuration, data entry, errors, edits, and reprocessing.

Back Office System; including transaction administration, creating customized reports,
and generating Invoices.

Wabtec provides two types of user manuals:

Field Guide
This guide covers the basic steps involved in completing the fundamental functions of the application. Comprehensive detail is found in the Office Guides.

Office Guide
This guide covers all of the details on using the transaction administration functions, customizing reports, generating invoices, and database maintenance.
